1. Agreement
By downloading or using the Memora app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Memora restores, enhances and colorizes photographs using automated processing. Results are generated estimates of the original scene and may not be historically exact.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to photos you upload and to the restored results. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, and you agree not to upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — manage or cancel anytime in your store account Settings. Prices may vary by region; free-trial terms are shown at purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no automated bulk access, no use of restored images to deceive, defame or violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every photo can be restored or that results will meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
