1. Who you are dealing with
The Memora app and the website memoraphotos.com are provided by
Kyrylo Kovalenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Memora you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Postal address: 38 Obolonskyi Avenue, Apt. 9, Kyiv 04214, Ukraine. Contact:

2. What the service does
Memora restores, enhances, colorizes and animates photographs using automated AI processing. Results are generated interpretations of your original photo, not a factual record: colors, details and motion are the model's best estimate and may differ from how the scene actually looked. Do not rely on a restored photo as evidence of anything.
3. No account needed
The app does not ask you to register. It creates an anonymous identifier on your device so that your subscription and free limits can work. You are responsible for the device the app is installed on; deleting the app or using "Delete my data" removes the identifier, and with it access to anything tied to it.
4. Your photos and your rights in them
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the restored results. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process a photo and deliver the result to you — nothing more; we do not use your photos to train models and do not keep them (see the
Privacy Policy). You confirm that you own the photos you upload or otherwise have the right to use them, and that processing them does not infringe anyone's rights.
5. Free use and Memora PRO
Memora is free to try: free restorations are delivered as watermarked previews at reduced resolution, and their number is limited. A Memora PRO subscription unlocks results in full resolution without a watermark, unlimited photos and the Animate mode. What each plan costs, how long it lasts and whether a free trial applies is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are sold and charged by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us, and are governed by that store's terms as well as these. A subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel it, and your account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal. Cancel at any time in your store account — at least 24 hours before the renewal date — and you keep PRO until the paid period ends. If a free trial is offered and you subscribe during it, cancelling before it ends avoids the charge; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are granted by Apple or Google under their own policies; write to us and we will help where we can.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Memora to process photos you have no right to, to create material that deceives people about a real person or event, or to harass, defame or violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights. Do not upload unlawful content, including sexual content involving minors. Do not reverse engineer the app, bypass its limits, or access our servers automatically or in bulk. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
8. Availability
Restoration happens on our servers and needs an internet connection. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and processing may be unavailable from time to time. Not every photo can be restored well — a very small, very damaged or very dark original limits what any model can recover.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that a particular photo can be restored or that a result will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of it affects the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
10. If you installed from the App Store
Your licence to the Memora software itself is granted by Apple's
standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, linked from our App Store product page. These Terms govern the Memora
service — restoration and processing, subscriptions and free limits, your photos and the rights in them, acceptable use and support — and apply alongside it. Where the two conflict about the software licence, Apple's agreement prevails on that point and the rest of these Terms is unaffected. Either way, Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Memora. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any claim about the app — product liability, a failure to conform to legal requirements, or a claim under consumer protection or privacy law — is our responsibility, not Apple's, as is any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Termination
You may stop using Memora at any time, delete your data in Settings and cancel your subscription in your store account. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine — subject, for the App Store software licence itself, to section 10 — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence, which continue to apply to you.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Questions:
