Memora, the photo restoration app by Kyrylo Kovalenko · Last updated: August 27, 2026

Write to
support@memoraphotos.com and ask us to delete your data. We complete deletion within 30 days.
Memora has no accounts, so we identify your record by the anonymous identifier created on first launch — writing from
Settings → Contact us attaches it automatically. If you have already removed the app, that identifier is gone with it and we have no way to look your device up; write to us anyway and we will delete everything we can tie to you, such as an email address you gave us on the website.
What is deleted
• The record we hold for your device — the anonymous identifier created on first launch, how many free restorations you have used, and your subscription status.
• Everything the app keeps on your phone — your restored library and the app's local data. Photos you have already saved to your gallery stay there; they are yours.
• Your analytics identity is reset, so nothing recorded afterwards is connected to anything recorded before.
What we never had to begin with
Your photos. Each one is restored in the memory of our servers and deleted as soon as the result reaches your device — we keep no copies, so there is nothing to delete. The same goes for your name, phone number, contacts, precise location and biometric data: we never collect them.
One thing that is
not on that list any more is the advertising identifier your device provides, which Memora collects to measure advertising — only after you allow it, and only on the terms in
section 5 of the Privacy Policy. Deleting your data resets your analytics identity along with everything else, and you can stop the identifier being collected at all by withdrawing the tracking permission on iPhone or turning it off on Android.
What is kept, and for how long
• Service logs that mention the anonymous identifier expire automatically within 30 days.
• The free preview on our website, if you used it: files we delivered by email are deleted automatically after 7 days, and the email address you gave us is deleted when you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
• Support correspondence — kept for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the request.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider — they keep their own records under their own policies and accounting obligations, and we cannot delete those on your behalf.
Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription
Memora PRO is billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us, and it keeps renewing after your data is gone. Cancel it first: Settings → Manage subscription in the app opens the right screen for your store. If you delete your data while a subscription is still active, Settings → Restore purchases brings PRO back on the same store account.
Your other rights
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct or export your data, to object to processing or to withdraw consent. Write to
support@memoraphotos.com and we will do it. The full picture — what we collect, why, and who processes it for us — is in the
Privacy Policy.
