1. Who we are
Memora ("we", "us") provides a mobile application for restoring, enhancing and colorizing photographs. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. Questions:

2. Your photos
Photos you choose to restore are uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed on our servers, and deleted immediately after the restored copy is delivered to your device. We do not keep copies, we do not use your photos to train models, and no human reviews them. Restored photos are stored only on your device unless you choose to share them.
3. Data we collect
We collect: (a) account data you provide, such as an email address; (b) purchase and subscription status via Apple App Store or Google Play (we never see your card details); (c) anonymous usage and crash data to keep the app working well; (d) device information such as model and OS version. We do not sell personal data.
4. How we use data
To provide and improve the service, process purchases, respond to support requests, and — only with your consent — send occasional product emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Third parties
We use a small number of service providers for cloud processing, payments (Apple/Google), analytics and crash reporting. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
6. Retention & deletion
Uploaded photos: deleted immediately after processing. Account data: kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing
support@memoraphotos.com; we complete deletion within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise them.
8. Children
Memora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
